Class Descriptions:
Beginners 1 Pole:
For our brand new students joining us, this will be the perfect class for you. During these classes we will cover basic pole spins and moves - the perfect starting point for any poler-to-be!
You can also join Beginners 1&2 if you are unable to make the Beginners 1 class.
Beginners 1&2 Pole:
A mixture of beginners level classes. This class will take you through more simple combination spins as well as shapes further up the pole and prepare you to invert for Improvers classes.
Beginners 2 & Improvers Pole:
In this class you will be getting ready to invert or learn a few basic invert shapes and combos as well as combination spins.
Improvers / Intermediates Pole:
Levelling up and working on more challenging combos and tricks. You will need a strong invert and leg hangs to attend this class.
Pole Heels Tricks:
Still the crazy combos but this time with heels with some added flare. This class is suitable for Improvers and above.
Intermediate+ Pole:
This is your hardcore class full of challenging inverts, shoulder mounts, flips and more! You will need a shoulder mount and strong leg hangs to attend this class.
4-week Mixed Level Poleography:
This class is for those who can commit to a weekly class for 4 weeks to work on choreography. The first three classes focus on technique and combinations building to a fourth class of a full-length Poleography piece.
Mixed Level Flow Pole:
Choreography class for all levels is held on the last Monday and third Thursday of each month. Bring your heels (optional), knee pads and get ready to dance away! This class is suitable for any level.
Mixed Level Pole:
Suitable for Improvers and above.
Open Pole:
This session is not suitable for beginners as there is no instructor present. This is an hour for you to work on your spins, tricks, flow, or whatever you like at your own pace in the studio. You will be training at your own risk.
Aerial Hoop Beginners:
This class is for the beginners or brand new hoop students! In this class we will cover basic hoop moves, and short combos to build your strength. We advise to wear leggings to protect your skin.
Aerial Hoop Intermediates:
This class is for those who have already taken classes in hoop and are confident in aerial hoop. In this class we will cover more advanced hoop moves, and longer combos to continue building strength and technique.
Aerial Hoop Mixed Levels:
This class is for all levels who want to add another skill to their list! We advise to wear leggings to protect your skin.
Aerial Hammock:
This class is for those who want to master the Aerial Hammock. This class covers pretty shapes in the hammock as well as combos to build strength and aerial techniques. We advise to wear leggings to protect your skin.
The Barn Small Group Pole Lessons:
These classes are held in Walgrave, NN6 9QW. Minimum 3, max 4 for a semi private group lesson as well as 1:1 privates. Please contact us for up to date schedule. (£16 pp)
